Default wheres my lats?

Ok so i know where my lats are.....but im having a hard time pinpointing the exercises needed to make them grow. Any Advice?

Pull ups is a big one ... dumbell or BB row... etc

dumbell pullovers work well too at hitting the lats and also expanding the rib cage!

Straight arm pulldowns on a lat pulldown machine really hits mine! As well as a lot of wide grip pull ups, plus other pull up variations.
I find also that single arm rows give me a good pump in my lats.

Everyone is different though, some people can have really good gains in their lats, while others not. Work at them though, it'll be worth it to really focus your back workout around them.
