Default Hst ?

I understand it now after constant reviewing I wanted to know if it was ok to try to get all my maxes in 1 day instead of over 3 days. I'm sure I could come pretty damn close, the reason i ask is because ive already been away from the gym for like a week and don't want to go 3 days and leave for another 9 days. id rather get my maxes today or something and start HST this monday after taking another 3 days off. Using the week i was already gone as my supercompensation.I already have gained a good foundation of strength but now I wana go for mass with strength on the side, which is why I thought about doing HST. Thanks for any wisdom you guys would like to spread.

As long as you realize the maxes you get probably won't be completely representative of what you're actually capable of. I don't really know how HST works so I couldn't tell you how it would affect the program overall.
