Everyone in this thread hit it on the head pretty good! Keep at it and don't quit. Make sure you log your progress as well. You can't get where your going if you don't know where you've been. Set goals for yourself and work towards them. Do heavy compound exercises and Eat Eat Eat! Still not gaining weight? Eat more. In my opinion a good rep range can be anywhere from 5-8 reps.
