Default upper chest help

i have been working my chest out alot my lower chest is looking good but my upper chest needs some help it is to flat what would be some good upper chest work outs

A lot of people (0311, included ) like inclines.

30 degree incline presses are the best. Dumbbells should be your first choice. Check past posts by myself regarding this matter. ie. big pecs, EMG results.

Anything higher works my delts too much. (IMHO)

30 degrees of an incline will barely work your delts more than your flat bench would. You're not saying flat bench is better for upper pecs, right? The EMG machine is accurate IMO. ;)

No. I was just saying that I do my inclines at 30, so the delts aren't involved (or at least, their involvement is minimized). Anything higher and I find I fail a lot quicker because my shoulders are giving out before the pecs.

My shoulders are weak so I cant go high in degrees im hoping later on I can though.

interesting i go higher than 30 degrees and my shoulders are still a weak spot lol

I ignored shoulders and back when starting to work out. Was pretty stupid.
