Default Need help with a left bicep injury

Ive been having this problem for a cple of weeks, but now its gotta pretty bad. Its a sharp pain on the underside of my left bicep. Its particularly bad when doing push movements (chest press etc.). Theres a lot of exercises I can still do where I dont get any pain.. but my chest workout today was pretty much non existant because of the pain I was getting. I was doing only half movements (the top part) but that stilled caused a lot of pain.

What can I do to speed up the recovery? Should I be using ice as often as I can?

Any good advices would be super.
