Very interesting, thank you for that. That should save me some dough! Perhaps I'll just stick with BCAA, Whey, multivitamins, and fish oil.

BCAAs are nice before cardio. Glutamine...not really.
EDIT: Wow, I'm a slow writer.

it's all good.
I just read about EAA's, would you recommend them over BCAA's? (Btw, I just bought a bottle of BCAA powder, along with creatine) dang!

Here's my diet yesterday:
Breakfast/Pre-workout: Oatmeal/PB/Whey/honey
PWO - Gatorade/Whey
Snack: Oats/Whey
Lunch: 3oz turkey/Whole Wheat bread/mustard
Snack: 3oz Tuna/Whole Wheat Bread
Dinner: Barley, Chicken Breast, black beans
Snack: cottage cheese
Calories: 2400
Macros: 48/36/16
again, I'm 5''10 179lbs
Bodyfat: 25%
I ordered some multi-vitamins, creatine and BCAA (yes before I got your reply! doh!). Hopefully I'll see my bodyfat decrease in the upcoming months. I'll keep y'all posted on my progress.

So I've been sticking to pretty much the same diet as above. However, next weekend, I will be running into sort of a snag.
My wife and I are taking a road trip and visiting her friends (about 8 hours away). This means 1) I will probably not get enough calories. 2) I will not eat cleanly.
I'm thinking maybe pack an oat/whey shake or 2 to make up for some calories? Or just deal with the 2 days and get back on track when I return home.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

So 2 days turned into 3 days and I 1) ate unhealthily (not by choice, just what they fed us) and 2) Ate WAAYYY under calories (approx 14-1500 cals a day).
I notice a loss in muscle mass. Kinda sucks. Maybe I'll get lucky and put it back on this week.
