Are these not the same pictures you posted in the other thread ?

BCAA's should be mixed with something good if you just have the bulk powder.

Yeah, they're the same pictures, I didn't know how to erase the post in this thread before I posted it in the fatloss forum.

I also noticed it takes awhile for BCAA's to dissolve.

How did you measure your bf? If it was an electronic handheld then they are usually not too accurate or the bathroom scale ones. If it was a caliper then they are usually pretty accurate.

It was a caliper, made by accumeasure. It read 25.9%.
