Who cares what your body fat % is? If you don't like what you see in the mirror, change it. Sure, it's nice to quantify things sometimes, but I think people get overly concerned with weight and body fay %'s and the like.

[I didn't mean to sound harsh or snippy. But the mirror is a better judge of your physique than a scale or calipers, IMHO.]

I agree with you. I just like to quantify things as another way of seeing progress (compounding the mirror method). The calipers may not be accurate, but as the readings get smaller, I get more and more motivated.

One month progress, not a huge difference, but I'm seeing some changes. My BF readings from the calipers have decreased (I know I know).

Feb 6 2009 (sorry about the boxers!)






March 6 2009 (sorry about the white on the sides, left my closet open!)
