O.k. bobby, were giving you a hard time cause, well....for one your Biceps are one of the smallest muscle groups in your body. To only train arms, would just be a waist

Wow, sorry guys I seemed to misplace my password for this forum and I just found it today. But yeah what idiot would think that I would just train my biceps and nothing else? I'm looking for a full body workout routine that would work for me, but I was asking how to get bigger biceps faster if that's even possible. I don't take any supplements because they are too expensive. I know people are gonna say "Well if you want to get bigger then you need to buy them." But I just think they are too much money, like at my walmart they have a lil bottle of something for like 30 bucks. WTF is that? I don't know what kind of supplements to get anyways so I'll have to look in on that. Oh by the way I read the masturbating posts, effin hilarious.

If you were to consider only one supplement I would say good old fashioned protein. You can live without it but it takes some dedication to get all the protein you need out of whole foods. Sometimes a shake is better due to faster absorption rates (aka right after/before a workout).

aside from doing whole body routines....with maybe a little accessory bicep work thrown in....and a perfect diet and nutrient timing...and rest......the only way to get your biceps bigger faster...steroids

And just to be clear, steroids should not even be considered before you have researched them to death and know all the PCT, have your training routine down pat, you can read your body like a book, are getting proper rest, are at least 25yrs of age, and know exactly what you need for diet etc ...(among other things). Also, you need to determine if the benefits for your are definately worth the risks involved.
