Default need your views on my german volume training workout

Hi, ive got my weights back but no bench so im wanting quick mass so ive heard that GNT is good for quick sixe and i heard bodybuilders use it for bulking stage for quick mass so heres mine

Day 1: Chest/Back
10 x 10 pushups or dips
Supersetted with
10 x 10 pullups or inverted rows

(alt. Between the 2 choices each week, mix and match)

Day 2: Arms (Bicep/Triceps)
10 x 10 bicep curls
Supersetted with
10 x 10 double arm exten.

Day 3: Shoulders/Legs
10 x 10 Overhead press
Supersetted with
10 x 10 dumbbell squats

So what do you think??

Tried it years ago--I think I read about it in Muscle Media 2000 (anyone remember that one?). Yes, I admit it--I used to read that.

What I remember most about GVT is the boredom--just had to force myself through the workouts.

are you going to use resistance bands and bodyweight for this, since you don't like weights?

Gets you a nice 'pump', but aside from that, German Volume is miserable and completely unnecessary if you want to grow. Looking for tone? Do it up...making early friends with both pain and boredom is probably a good idea though.
