needed advice!
so i'm in this slump of not working out and eating poorly. i work at home depot and i feel like im in a routine of crap. i always vision my self wanting to be like 7 bf percent and just jacked but i've lost motivation. it's hard because my mom cooks the food and i feel like i have to eat it. i don't know how to avoid our 'family' dinners when it's all cheating foods..well the crap my mom puts into the frying pan at least. i wanna walk around confident with my shirt off damnit! when i workout i know im stronger then a lot of the people in the gym and i feel good. but when i lift my shirt up im dissappointed! :( im 18 years old and i want to make a better impression on my gf and what not. someone just give me some advice on what to do cause i'm so lost :-/ thanks
