Default new isometrics

Hi,

Can anyone tell me about isometric exercies & the theory behind them.

Also if anyone knows any resources on it.

^^ If its on the internet it has to be true right? I mean they regulate all content that is displayed online, so everything has been filtered.

Doesnt anybody know waht isometrics is.

I want to know the theory behind it as sum cliam it to be safer and give good results.
