Default New routine help

Alright guys dont bust my balls too bad on this. I've been lifting consistently for about a year now and I have gotten both weight and strength gains. I read up on the "why arent you growing" thread which is why I started this thread. After reading through the thread, it seems that my problem is that I am guilty of pyramid training and not doing squats and deads as much as I should. Now I feel like I am plateauing. I am looking for advice on a solid new routine that incorporates all the necessities to put on some serious weight. I just need some guidance as to what workouts to do, sets, and reps. Looking to put on ten pounds within a few months and a solid routine would definitely help me out.
Thanks in advance for any help. Sorry for the newbish post.

Hey bro,

these are two of my favorite workout programs that have helped me out over the past year or so. I've had great gains from them, and most of all they're a little bit different than your traditional workout routines.
The first is from Layne Norton, a Pro Natural Bodybuilder with the IFPA and NGA. Layne has his PhD in Nutritional Sciences with his thesis emphasis in muscle protein metabolism. This is his PHAT workout: Power Hypertrophy Adaptive Training.

And secondly is one of my favorites, German Volume Training. This is pretty intense, but if properly done you can have some mad gains in strength and size. Its a bitch, but all worth it.

Check out those two routines! They have helped me out in the past and have seen great results. Hope they can do the same for you!

Cheers.
