I think you are mistakenly thinking that if you've neglected something then you must work it harder by giving it a higher frequency.

This seems right when you think about it at first but really all you're going to do is overtrain at this point. I reccommend you hit the squats hard twice a week and deadlifts once. Base all your other exercises around hitting these two key lifts. Squats and deads are your lower body bread and butter.

shrugs and deadlifts are good ways to hit the traps, but another exercise to consider would be power cleans or hang cleans. they hit the traps, shoulders, and help improve total body thickness and explosiveness
