Default New workout

So I am starting this 5 week workout of hell. I recent got it from a buddy of mine whose trainer offered to construct a program for me free of charge (always a nice gesture). The main focus is to build mass and to extremely shock the body into volume adaption with minimal amounts of rest periods (the whole workout lasts about 45 minutes).

sorry i posted by accident and wasnt done writing....... lol

the main question i have is, is minimal rest periods okay for mass development?, as i sometimes have only 10 seconds rest after a given set, and then i go right back at it

It depends on how heavy you are lifting relative to your 1RM. Anything 80% (just a ballpark # off the top of my head) or above I would say no.

Any routine is eventually going to produce results, the debate is on how to do it in the most efficient way.
