meal 1: instand oatmeal
meal 2: a few nuts or yoghurt or granola bar
meal 3: cafeteria food, usually a protein and vegetable
meal 4: as an afternoon snack either a granola bar or a few carrots, maybe an apple
meal 5: if my wife is in a good mood she cooks, a weight watchers meal, if not then I eat a tuna sandwich or something similar
My drinks of choice throughout the day: coffee and water.
