meal 1: instand oatmeal

meal 2: a few nuts or yoghurt or granola bar

meal 3: cafeteria food, usually a protein and vegetable

meal 4: as an afternoon snack either a granola bar or a few carrots, maybe an apple

meal 5: if my wife is in a good mood she cooks, a weight watchers meal, if not then I eat a tuna sandwich or something similar

My drinks of choice throughout the day: coffee and water.

So, what do you think?

You should put protein in every meal. IE: breakfast. Either some whey or cook up some eggs

I think you don't get nearly enough protein. As far as losing weight goes, it's not bad. But you'll have a hard time putting on any muscle with such a lot protein intake. Be careful with granola bars. Most contain lots of high fructose corn syrup although some bars (ex kashi) are great. Try to take in some protein at EVERY meal.

Thanks guys.

As far as the workout goes, it usually takes me about 30min to complete. I take about 1 min rest in between sets.
If I cut out the flyes and one of the curls I would need even less time. I somewhat have the feeling I am not doing enought.

In comparison, how long does your workout take.

What can i say? There were spaces of time in my workout experience, within witch i dedicated 6 hours a day. My aim was to blast all body in one day. Now i am sure that optimal time is nearly hour or 1,5.
