Don't know much about the bikes but stretching is a better way to help clear the lactic acid and other waste products from your system.

i was also interested in buying a bike just to put it down in my basement and us it occasionally. i opted for a treadmill though. im also looking to get like a stairmaster or something like that maybe an eliptical. i use it when i do morning cardio, and when i get lazy and dont want to run i just put the incline as high as it goes and walk lol

I would like a bike or a treadmill id take either one in a heartbeat. I tried running in the morning for a week a mile or two but I had to get up early and then I was like dead at school so currently I have no cardio unless you count gym class lol. Just curious how much does a good bike/treadmill go for? Also today I received a pull-up bar to go in between doorways so as part of my regular workout I can include those. Back on the subject of bikes I'd really like one I get most of my energy from like 8pm and on so thats when I workout so doing 20-30 min bike ride would be fun to id prefer bike because my room is above others and I'd rather not wake up the family.
