will talo what im trying to say i switch routines every 6 to 3 weeks working all body parts the first 6 weeks 5 days a week rest on sat and sun then i allternate my work-out from heavy to light weights on the light weight week throwing in abs 3 to 4 time a week got it it works for me

Dave you should try reading what you write out loud. Without any periods or capital letter stuff is very hard to follow. This isn't IM...you don't need to be in a hurry.
