Thanks man, couldn't have done it without everyone here. I may not post much at all but im lurking behind the scenes picking up info. Id probably still be working out for 3 hours and 30+ sets without the help of this site.

I had never really tried to push my self on deads. I've been knocking them out lately. Finally pulled 405 the other day did it twice in one week I was so psyched about it. Nice and clean too, good lifts. It'll be up soon. I've got a little more.. I jumped the gun and tried to pull 455.. Couldn't finish the lift. Not there just yet but I got a pretty good lift on it. Almost doesn't count though.

Teckno, those are damn good for 149 lbs, especially on the squat - that's a lot of weight to be moving.

I just tested last week and hit a new 1RM on bench at 280... considering I probably had a 1RM of 200 or so in March, I'm feeling pretty good about it.

Well some of you guys are some pretty serious heavy hitters but here are my lifts...

Bench: 185lbs 3x5 -> Pretty happy about this cause last time I tested my max I only got out 185lbs for a 1RM (we're testing our maxes again next week, I'll post up again)

Squat: 215lbs 3x5 ... last month I maxed out at 225lbs for a 1RM... we'll see what I can do next week)

Deadlift: 125kg 1x5 ... last month I pulled 140kg for a 1RM...hoping for 150kg this time round... I'll let you guys know)

Oh yeah I'm up to 182lbs as of today which is 4lbs heavier then last week.... I think I have some water retention.

Thanks Sentinel. I really appreciate the support. Unfortunately I wont' be doing another max test for a few more weeks cause we've recently moved into a deload phase. So it might end up being the end of Nov before another max test happens. O well, shit happens.
