deadlift 455x3, squat 365x3, 3 weeks into a high weight low rep cycle for density, plan on maxing out in another 3 weeks

yeah i will take a week off and then start a more hypertrophy oriented workout, its not the normal protocol for HST but its something i came up with and it works well for me...benched 315 today

well okay i hit a PR of 230x(3x5) on squats. i hate rehab.
