yeah i will take a week off and then start a more hypertrophy oriented workout, its not the normal protocol for HST but its something i came up with and it works well for me...benched 315 today

well okay i hit a PR of 230x(3x5) on squats. i hate rehab.

Wednesday, I tried to beat some old PRs, and to finally get a 1RM on bench. I managed to get 415 on deads, almost twice. On bench, 225 6 times on a warmup set, and 250 almost twice!

i totaled squat of 425, dead of 500 and bench of 315 for a 1240lb. not bad for 18 yrs old in my opinion...anyone around my age want to chime in on how i match up would be great as i really have no clue what others are doing, thanks

i hit just a squat 6RM of 330, first time squatting in a few weeks... hell yeah!

oh and iszeng: you are hell of feeble, i would kick your ass in a dorm room wrestling match... oh wait i already did

Squatted 275 x 1, 280lbs x 1 then 275lbs x 1 again.


280lbs is my PR now by 5lbs. Now I'm workin towards that next step... 295lbs...
