I just got weighed and measured...I gained 8 pounds, 4 of which were pure muscle, in 30 days. And I am trying to bulk up so that is all good news for me =D

Goals
Great idea.
I am in. My aim for the following exercises in the next 6 months. Deadlifts: 220 pounds yesterday. 286 pounds by August. Barbell squat: 220 pounds yesterday. 253 pounds by August. Leg Press:484 pounds yesterday. 572 pounds by August. Happy Training to you all |

Well, within the last two weeks, my maximum deadlifts have gone from 184 to the early 200's. Hopefully by the start of the new year, I will be lifting 220 to 245 on a regular basis, instead of just having those poundages as a 1-Rep Max.
