And I only use a belt for heavy deads, and squats

While it's not much to blow about it is important to me. And not much compared to some of the weight that gets thrown around here. But since I can't find anyone in my real life who gives a shit I figured I'd turn to the internet .

Had a great workout yesterday and set personal bests in four exercises.

Been doing a 5x5 for a whopping near 3 full weeks now

Bent over rows 145 5x5 - this was weird - 30 more pounds than last week.

Deadlifts - 225 3x5

Shoulder Press - 105 5x5

Cleans - 135 5x5

Eating lots really does seem to help

EDIT: I have to admit I was so tired after this workout I fell asleep on the couch within an hour

Lost about 10lbs in the past few weeks and today I placed 2nd in a wrestling tournament. I was wrestling in the 189 pounders.

Every done cleans starting from the waist? Those are fun.
