Default Official PR Thread

I got this idea on another forum and thought it would be a great idea to post one here. Great way to get some extra encouragement and a good pat on the back. So if anyone reaches a new personal record in anything from hitting a new max on an exercise to reaching any other [bodybuilding] goal, lets hear it! Maybe once this thread picks up, people with the same goals can examine how others have arrived at that goal..

Personal records examples:

- Measurements
- Bodyfat reduction
- Dr. X reaching the 400 club finally
- Nailing a new max on a compound exercise you've never reached before

Anything from this point on..I already know Chinpiecedave's pissed because he's finished the dual factor 5x5 a month too late!

Doesn't matter about "how much" compared to someone else..It's your own personal record. Don't be shy

I'm planning on doing my 1RM for bench, squat, and deadlift after I finish the last cycle of the HST program. I will post those up once I get 'em done.

thanks man, my goal is
Bench: 230
Deadlift: 340
Squat: 225

They might be a little high, but I'm going to really push the end of my last HST cycle so I can get up there.

Did my first bench press ever last week @ 185 lbs twice, then my chest almost got crushed.... Haven't deadlifted yet, but squatting @ 255 lbs

You bigger lifters out there may laugh at 185 when compared to your 300+ benches, but I'm just starting out so
