Default oh the cold weather..

Ok so I love lifting and all..but I hate running on treadmills, but i can't run outside due to Wisconsin cold weather and snow..it's retarded..and @ my gym there is nothing else or any room to do anything such as jump roping. I have to lose bodyfat..i feel so depressed because i lift and all but i still have high bf..prob around 20%..and i remember when i was running everyday after i was working out i dropped so much bf and now i gained it all back..i weigh about 200 and was 169 at one point..it sucks and feel like shit and i hate school and work then working out..idk if it's just my hectic schedule that i don't want to do anything anymore but advice would be nice..going for a kinesiology degree for health+fitness management but the classes seem vigorous..chemistry,anatomy etc..along with a part-time job and working out and visiting my gf 45 minutes away from where i live and being with her..DOES ANYONE ELSE GO THROUGH THIS!!??!?! if so i need your sympathy...ASAP..thankyou
