Default one...cycle? or something, I don't really know..?

When lifting for a long time, like...months years or whatever, how often do you guys completely change your workouts for each body part? I don't really know how to ask what I mean...hmm..?? Like if you start doing bench presses today, how long until you do a different exercise for your chest...am I making sense?

Every workout for me. I don't do exercises for different body parts...I do compound movements with additional accessory exercises that help to eliminate weak points. If you're interested in strength training, then get out of the "body part" mentality.

i´d say stick to one routine as long as it works. as soon as you realize that you don´t make any more progress change it up, but always rely on heavy compound movements
