It doesn't look like a strength routine. And you are most likely overtraining. How many reps per set?

1 set:12 ; 2 set: 10; 3 set:8; 4 set: >4
Except for pullups and dips. Dips > 20 per set, pull ups 15 per set

Cut the volume in half.

Why no deadlifts? Why no OH press? Cut out the arm day.

Overhead Press (Military Press) Where you press the bar straight up from your chest. Can be done standing or sitting. Standing is better, it works your core as well.

I would say that you should drop about 75% of those exercises and just focus on a few to bring up. Unless your goal is to have the largest work capacity in the history of man. lol

I'm on a similar split like you, but I do half those exercises each day, and do Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Looks like a routine out of a bodybuilding magazine.
How do you go 5 days straight high volume lifting and not get overtrained? (I'm assuming you're not juicing)

oh, and btw, the one-body-part-a-week split is not the most efficient way of increasing strength.
