Default Overtraining

Ive just started a new 10 week program to add mass to my triceps. However the weekly program ive found concerns me a little. Im just worried i might end up overtraining my triceps.
The routine looks like this.

Mon: Arms, triceps,biceps,forearms.
Tue: Legs,calves,abs
Wed: Rest
Thu: Chest, back
Fri: Shoulders, traps,triceps
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest

I get the feeling that im hitting my triceps directly or indirectly on Mon Thurs and friday. Do u guys have any opinion?
Im doing my triceps to improve overall arm size. I feel there lagging, i have 32" waist 48" chest and only 16" arms. Chest legs and back look good, i feel im out of proportion.

k...monday looks fine.

tues: are the calf raises done on the leg press? if so...cool...if it's just leg press...lose it

thur: pick one of the benches, and maybe do another one with dumbbells...flat bench with barbell/incline with db's. definitely no need for all three and i would only do one of the rows, along with the pullups.

fri. keep in mind you have already hit your triceps a great deal on thursday. so there is really not a need to hit them again on friday.

so maybe take one of your overhead presses, and put it on monday...i'd go with the db's...and just ditch friday altogether...and make it a m-w-f workout.

Why is your only goal to add mass to your triceps? Why not legs? Biceps? traps? Lats? Calves?

Just wondering.
