Pilates vs. Yoga
Ok so first of all before i say anything else...I'm willing to take any jokes or stuff anyone wants to give me for thinking about this stuff...but over the summer i wanna take either pilates or yoga, because i want to become more flexible, leaner, and build a stronger my question to anyone who may know which would be the best...Pilates or Yoga??

there are many forms of Yoga so if you were to take more than one type of Yoga at a time I would say just stick with the Yoga. I've done Yoga and still do some of the stretches after my workouts. It's what's made me stay flexible while being able to lift very heavy.
