Default Pins and needles

I keep getting pins and needles in my arm, and i am not sure why. I am currently doing this program, or a slight variaton of it:

I had read that it puts stress on your central nervous system, and i wonder if this could be causing it

Where abouts on the arm? This will most likely be a specific never impingement. Nothing to do with the cns at large. Maybe a nerve root in the neck.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Do you get it when you're squatting? If so, that has happened to me. If I remember correctly, it was when I was cutting and I was pretty thin. I think this exposed some nerves on the back of my neck which got rubbed the wrong way by the bar. It only happened to me for a couple workouts and then it passed.

Does this sound like what is happening to you?
