Default Planning a head

Every 6-8 months I like to look a head and do some planning, this way I have a road map of what I am looking to do in the near future. I thought I post this one up so everyone can see it, and give me some feed back on it.

Diet:
Right now I'm still working on losing fat. I will continue on my current diet through till july. Then I'm looking to do 4-6 weeks strickt UD2. I would start the UD2 now, but with weddings, travel and summer here I know I wouldnt stick to it, so rather then half ass it, I will wait to do it right.

Post UD2, I will slowly up cals to a maint. diet, centered around high protien, adjustable carbs (for training and non training days) and moderate fats. I will then slowly move cals up to clean bulk.

Training:
Since i'm working with a fucked up shoulder, and a shitty lower back I will be off the heavey and hard stuff till end of July. I am doing some shoulder rehab, and working to strengthen the low back. after two months of this I will start slowly moving back into pushing heavey weights.

I will keep as much MA training in here as possible, I may use it more for cardio post september (training for camp in sept. right now). I will most definately keep the plyometrics, I dont want to lose my flexibility or speed when bulking this time ... suggestions.

When I am satisfied with the fat loss, and move to the clean bulk, thats were things will get fun. I want clean bulk using DC starting in october. This will be my first go around with DC.

*how should i train between the time when i finish cutting, and starting DC? I dont want to jump right in it because my muscles wont handle it. what do you guys think?

Supps:
I may try a few new things when on the UD2 but nothing really worth mentioning just yet.

Anabolics:
I have a 6 week S1+ cycle (with some other goodies) that i've been waiting to use. I will get that going in october when I'm doing DC. I cant wait for that.

Let me know what you guys think, help me fill in the gaps.

.
I'm confused as to what suggestion you want. I think MA and some plyometrics is perfect to do to help keep a little fat off during bulking and not do any traditional "cardio", i.e., treadmill HIIT.

I'm in the same boat you're in. I really want to try DC but after doing a cut like we are, it can be hard to get the real heavy iron up.
What I'm going to do is Regular HST 15/10/5/neg., maybe using what 0311 has Kane doing. You're already in the mind set to do the HST and when you get to the 10's and 5's you should be getting use to lifting real heavy again.

If your going into cruise or maintenance mode between your diet and DC training I would really take those 6 weeks and do some experimenting. Try things you don't normally do. Really mix it up and shock the hell out of your system.

Great advice! Six weeks to do something really off the wall and fun..Shit, do a few weeks of 10 x 10..Or try a month of ONLY Olympic lifts.. (trust me, you'll never turn back. I was actually bored one night and thought up a full body workout using 10 x 3. Just enjoy your time off because DC is not a fun program..Not when you are using your 12 RM weight for squats and gunning for 20 reps!

Dave, I was just looking overall suggestions to improve what I'm currently doing. And looking for ways to keep speed up when bulking. Plyomentrics will become very difficult after a DC workout, as will martial arts in general.

X thats a great Idea, I will definately go that route.

I never said after a DC workout. I wouldn't do that either. I was just saying during your bulking, mostly on the off days.
And doing something experimental sounds very fun. You know I like the Olympic lifting idea.

If you are going to do DC, then I most definately don't think doing MMA or much cardio is wise. My legs were sore for 3-4 days every time. You're going to overtrain if you try and incorperate both. But, if you must, then you're looking at the only other option: You will only be able to BLAST for 3-4 weeks TOPS, then have to DELOAD for a around a week. When I was doing minimal cardio, I could get away with 8 weeks blasting, 1 week to 10 days cruising.
