Don't take offense as that's not the route I'm headed.

I'm trying to convey that I'm done fighting the good fight. I must've recommended these 5x5's to a hundred people over the past three years and only about 8 people listened.

What YOU recommended is of course the best way to go.. Far better than Max-OT.

0311, you need to keep a template response to these types of questions like I do. When they are asked, just copy and paste the response in from the template ...

Ok, i dont really do that, but its a good idea. you can get burned out giving the same advice over and over. pace yourself big guy, 8% aint a bad turn around hahaha.

LOL, that's what I was going to post! A sticky everyone can cut and paste to save time:

* Strength levels for squat/bench/deadlift
* Experience (not that that one matters as someone could be lifting for 10 years and not know shit lol) <- Sleeper??
* What are you currently doing?

Next post:

* Rippetoe's Starting Strength
* Bill Starr's single factor 5x5

Blah blah blah.

Oh, and the bodybuilding.net official response to anyone not wanting to listen to those kinds of programs:

* For beginners, strength training IS hypertrophy training. You can rest pause, drop set, superset all day with light weight, but the only infinite factor in bodybuilding is LOAD.
