Default PLease help

hello i'am 23 years old about 6 foot , and weight 240lbs

i currently work out 5 days a week, and i'am seeing result, and enjoying myself, and i do cardeo 40mins with every work out, my diet is pretty good now i use to eat out a lot and a lot of junk, im just wondering is that too much working out for one week, im trying to lose weight and gain lean muscle, please some advice would be mush appreciated

Looks like to much to me. Post your full workout routine, to give us a better idea of what your doing..
