Legs
I just finished legs with 5x5 squats at 365 absolutely killing me since I have been a lazy SOB lately and kind of ignored my legs for awhile....(I know, I know). After I dragged myself out of the gym I promptly went to lunch and literally ate everything I could get my hands on. I think I ate enough for a small army. Has anyone else recently had something like this happen with there appetite. Damn, I ate only an hour ago and I am getting hungry again.....

All the time. I got done lifting an hour ago and ate lunch and now that I read this post I'm thinking about eating again.

I've noticed that I am usually starving right after a workout.

hahah I wish that happened to me. working out has always killed my apetite. Its hard enough to put down protien after a good workout let alone a full meal.

I get that a bit. Probably about twice a week on average. When it happens I'm eating constantly, which is pretty much what I do now except that when it happens I'm actually hungry and not just eating because I have to make the macros. It happened two days ago and while I was eating I was looking around for more food.

I've done that before. I've made plans to go out to Golden Corral (buffet) and worked out right before. I piled up food on 3 plates. Tons of meat(steak, chicken, pot roast, shrimp), potatoes (mashed and sweet), salad, vegtables, EVERYTHING! Then had desert afterward.
