So I've been doing the Bill Star 5X5 for quite some time now and modified a few things and have had spectacular results. I'm almost 200 lbs now at 5'9 with 10% bf. Here's are some of my numbers.
Start: Bench ( 5x5) 185lbs
Squat (5x5) 275lbs
B. Over Rows (5x5) 165lbs
Deadlift (5x5) 195lbs
Dumbell Military Press (3x10) 80lbs
Current: Bench (5x5) 245lbs
Squat (5x5) 335lbs
B. Over Rows (5x5) 215lbs
Deadlift (5x5) 275lbs
Dumbell Military Press (3x10) 150lbs
I've love this program and in conjunction with a good diet will give fatastic results. You can get big without roids and such. This is also considering I do 40 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week.
