hi everyone,

ive been trying to hunt for a description for this exercise and to no avail...maybe (and most probably) ive been going at it wrong but can someone please tell me what a Power Curl is???

the key thing you want to watch for...is to just round the utmost shit out of your lower back.

conquer that...and you have conquered the power curl.

He has perfect form. I mean it's call a Power CURL. Heeeelloooo.. That means you have to curl everything, including your back.

That looks like a real good way to hurt yourself. Why not just deadlift, and then curl?

i think everyone just wants to be some sort of fitness guru. so they just think of a bunch of stupid stuff to do.

that looks like a really really good way to injure a biceps tendon, not to mention throw out your back.
