OK everyone, please help me clean this up. Id like to get a list going, and get a sticky. Please add links or original posts. I am trying to relink all posts. Most you can copy and paste.

Biggie ups to all the boards and the wealth of knowledge out there.

* Stuck and edited thead title. *

Good idea Joey.

I suggest people reply with their favorite information sources on certain workout programs and we can frequently update the main post to keep improving this list. As alot of this information starts to be covered on this site we will also reference threads from this board.

Bill Star's 5x5. I've been using Madcow2's variation found here:
http://elitefitness.com/forum/showth...=375215&page=1

This is one of my top choices because it forces you to plan macrocycle's for weeks and weeks on end.

Default Newbie routine?

Boy am I new...and WOW, is that a lot of routines and info...anyone reccommend a good routine for a COMPLETE newbie with literally no experience, looking for a good workout leaning heavily toward cardio, I imagine...mostly looking to drop maybe 10-20 lbs of extra waistline, add a little muscle. Also, should mention, limited workout equipment...small town on an island, so...nautilus setup, olympic pool, stairmasters, treadmills.
