To make things more confusing...

You could rearrange the exercises that Anuj listed and fit them into Dave's split, more or less. I'm doing a push/pull/leg split now and I love it...I don't see myself changing that in the future. I always have a day off between pull & leg days because of the intensity, but I get to train pretty frequently when I'm feeling well. Just an idea.

Heh, i think i get the idea I think before I say anything else I need to just get in the gym and see how things go, then see what kind of tinkering I need to do, if any. Thanks for the suggestion, though - I'll definitely keep it in mind.
