Yes 150lbs...as in 75lbs dumbell in each hand. It is what it is. I've been doing this of an on for over six months. I hurt my knee a while back and that impeded my progress.

OK, that makes much more sense. Most of the time, when someone states the DB poundage, it is the amount in one hand, not both, so I just wanted to clarify.
"Six of one, half dozen of the other" I guess.
good progress, keep it up.

The problem with this is my clothes almost don't fit and I don't want to quit. This is an addictive program because you get great results. I always dreamed of being 200lbs and now I almost there and want more.

Dave, i was thinking the same thing. There is no way you can hold a 150DB in each hand and press them up 10 times, especially given your other lifts. Maybe a 75 in each hand, or maybe you meant 150 with a barbell. And how far are you going down on those squats? Either way, nice progress :-)
