Default puking in the gym

ok so yesturday i was working out and after a little while i felt like i was going to puke up everything i had eating throughout the day (never actually got to this point though), anyway im sure this has happened to some of you at one point or anther, is there any quick remedy to it besides puking all over the gym floor, or just stopping or taking it slow?

man get to the nearest exit and let it fly, thats what I do ... unfortunately the nausea from lifting is usually coupled with being light headed. so it makes it tough to get to the door, or the bathroom.

verb--were you working out hard? Sometimes when I'm doing heavy (for me) squats or deads I hurl. Never threw up on the gym floor, however--always made it to the john...

verb: today, doings leg presses after squats, I had to heave in the bathroom. Although I did have a PR with 8 plates x 4. I know it was only the 45 degree sled, but that lift makes me feel tough. It's a workout moving 16 plates around when you're done!

Well, it cleaned me out and I ripped up the SLDL's and calves!

I don't know about you, but for me the CEE-PRO makes me have really bad cotton-mouth. Remember that you need to increase your water intake twice as much as before because it'll draw water into your muscles from the rest of your body. My quick remedy from puking in the gym is to bring a shake with mostly carbs from dextrose in there and sip it. I sometimes have a problem where I get very weak and feel like puking and passing out. When I get home and down some grape juice first thing I feel all better within minutes. Try that.

No, I drink the shake from the middle of my workout on. I found out that this helped me when I drank it when I got sick after I got home.
