Son-of-a-b*tch. This hurts. Amazing how much you use your abs.
I am not sure how severe. I will rest (although I have some honey-do chores that I better get done) and see how I feel on Monday. It even hurts to sneeze. Bummer since I was building up to do 3x12 Dragon Flags...with nearly good form.
About the only thing it seems I can now do is grip and forearm work
