Default "Push" day workout program?

Hi, I read an article by Gunnar Peterson on a sample pull day program as follows: angled weighted pull-up - unilateral low cable row - plate loaded machine shrug - t-bar rows - squat jump pull-up - uneven standing barbell curl - strive curl machine - dumbbell hammer curl - standing calf machine shrug. What exercises would I do for a "push" day workout that will coincide with the "pull" day workout. Again, this was a workout that he made for Sylvester Stallone recently. Any help with this also? I don't mean to ask so many questions, but I am looking for great advise on exercise and nutrition, and this seems to be the best sight out there. Thanks again for all the input.
