Default Beginning program

Hi,

I'm going to pick up a EZ bar, two dumbbell bars and some cast iron plates tomorrow and I'm looking into getting off my ass for once and starting a weight training program. I won't be able to get a bench (no room, I have about 1/4 of a very, very small room to work with) so I can't incorporate exercises involving a bench into my routine for now at least.

Can anyone help me develop some sort of workout program, covering the different body parts for a beginner without exercises that involve the use of a bench?

well....with db's you can do:

single leg deadlifts, squats, lunges, split squats, goblet squats, military press, floor press, rows, arnold press....

and don't forget pushups.
