how is tempo gauged?

6-0-2 for the isolations if memory serves.

I cannot remember where, but I've seen CT say quite a few times that his training philosophies greatly differ from back when he came out with that to now.

Instead of saying it sucks like I usually would lol, I'll say try it out and decide whether or not you like it!

do you have any recommendations on new routines i could try?
