olympics are usually 45 pounds.

when i gave a shit about curls...i put my curl bar on a scale....held it upright...

So when your lifting do you count the weight of the bar?? Or just the weights on the bar?

count the bar too....although maybe across the pound....the bar weight disappears when you lift it

Well I was thinking a the curl bars are generally the smaller ones. I always assumed they were 20lb. The full size olympic bars are 20kg/45lb.

LOL....the guy who doesnt know how to bench properly (in terms of ROM) is asking the weight of a curl bar? Why am I not surprised. Here's a thought for you, OP: who cares? Just keep progressing.
