Well, I'm still trying to figure out my diet right so I thought it should be a good way to know if my calorie intake is fine or not by keeping the bf% in check? Isn't that right?
Or should I just be looking at the weighing scale and do my cardio?

When you're talking about bf levels somewhere between 10 and 15 percent you should be able to see the body composition changes in the mirror. You weight may go down or even go up a little bit if your gaining enough muscle. It may fluctuate for various reasons but it doesn't sound like you have so much fat you need to monitor it to be sure of progress. I don't know really...you would have to tell us if there is so much fat covering you muscles you can't be sure.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
I know that works. It's worked for me, I went back to 34 waist from 36 doing cardio on off days but at that time my diet was a bit different, healthy but not the same like this. I've made changes to my diet which is not just over maintainence so I want to make sure that I don't get fat again. That's the thing.
I should just concentrare on the weighing scale you mean?
