Question regarding bodyfat.
I took a month off due to injury during which I ate everything possible. Before that I was at 11% bodyfat and weighed 74 kgs. After that I weighed 76 kgs with the same bodyfat. I started training a week back with proper nutrition and my bodyfat seems to have shot up to 14% with the same weight?
Is my reading incorrect or is there a reasoning to this?
