Talking Question about the supps I'm taking.

So i am taking Super advanced Creatine high performance and Glutamine Powder from Body Fortress.
Are these safe? Do they work? I have been on them about a week and its seems they are working.. My gf and others have said i look like Ive already made gains. Specially my traps/back. But my main concern is the safety of these products. And also if I'm just wasting my money.
Any info on this would be appreciated.

The glutamine is a waste IMO. The creatine is fine. They're safe.

No need to use anything different than creatine monohydrate. You need carbs for recovery along with protein.

A good clean diet costs very little.

Dean first off you"ve started this thread in the wrong forum dude. One of the mods may be able to move it. If not you'll have to start it again in the relevant forum. Then you need to find lists of proteins, carbs , and fats, there are hundreds, goggle them if you need to. Then when this is done you'll be in a good position to come up with a solid diet, post your new diet and we can then help with it, happy hunting

You want the thread in the nutrition or the supplement section?

And if you're that new, like Matt said, iron out you diet first before you concern yourself with supps. The creatine of course is fine to keep using. And you may as well use up the glutamine too, won't hurt but don't waste money on it again.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
