Default Quick AB???

What would be the best way to workout the abs? Right now i do 2 sets of 55(sit-ups) but was wondering if i should do like 5 sets of 25 or 30? Whats a better workout or what do you do to get good abs?

do abs like any other muscle.
do leg lifts while hanging on a pullup bar 12-15 x 2 sets
do weighted crunches 8-10 x 2 set
Cable Rope Crunches 8-10 x 2 set

Thats all ya need

You also need to do some cardio to get good abs, u can do all the ab workout in the world but u wont be able to see as long as ur body fat is high.

Well I play basketball a couple times a day. That counts as cardio right? I also play paintball and sometimes surf. I do alot of cardio workout and shit.
